From the Second Punic War, the War with Hannibal, this coin was struck in the toe of Italy while Hannibal was down there after the Battle of Cannae in 216 BC

 

The coin weighs 4.16 grams of silver and shows the goddess Hera Lakinia on the obverse and on the reverse shows Zeus standing with an eagle holding a wreath before him
